1. This Order may be cited as the National Pensions Reserve Fund Act, 2000 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2. The 2nd day of April, 2001, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the

National Pensions Reserve Fund Act, 2000

(No. 33 of 2000).

This Order appoints 2 April 2001 as the establishment day for the

National Pensions Reserve Fund Act, 2000

. On that day shall stand established the National Pensions Reserve Fund and the National Pensions Reserve Fund Commission.
