1. This order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Import Restrictions) (No.2)(Amendment) Order, 2001.

2. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease)(Import Restrictions)(No.2) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 83 of 2001

) is amended by the substitution for the definition of “restricted areas” of the following definition -

“‘restricted areas’ means the French Departments of Mayenne, Orme, and Seine et Marne.”.
