S.I. No. 80/2000 - National Salmon Commission (Establishment) Order, 2000.

1. This Order may be cited as the National Salmon Commission (Establishment) Order, 2000.

2. There shall stand established a committee to be known as the National Salmon Commission.

3. The bodies and organisations specified in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed for the purposes of section 55A(2)(b) (inserted by

section 22

of the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999

) of the

Fisheries Act, 1980

.
