S.I. No. 8/2000 - Refugee Act 1996 (Section 6 and First Schedule) (Commencement) Order, 2000

1. This Order may be cited as the Refugee Act 1996 (Section 6 and First Schedule) (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 20th day of January 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 6

and the

First Schedule

to the

Refugee Act, 1996

(No. 17 of 1996), shall come into operation.
