1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999, (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

2. The 1st day of March 2000 is hereby appointed as the Establishment Day for the purposes of the

Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999

(No. 13 of 1999).
