1. This order may be cited as the Education Act, 1998 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 2000.

2. The twenty second day of December 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which

sections 1

and

of the

Education Act, 1998

(No. 51 of 1998), shall come into operation.
