1. This Order may be cited as the Public Enterprise (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2000.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Public Enterprise, conferred on that Minister for the Government by or under the

Gas (Amendment) Act, 2000

(No. 26 of 2000), are delegated to Joe Jacob, Minister of State at the Department of Public Enterprise.
