1. This Order may be cited as the Cement (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 28th day of November, 2000, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Cement (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 2000

(No. 31 of 2000), shall come into operation.

This Order appoints the 28th day of November, 2000 as the day on which the

Cement (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 2000

comes into operation. The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Cement Acts, 1933-1962.
