1. This Order may be cited as the Refugee Act 1996 (Section 23) (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 2000.

2. The 26th day of October 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 23

of the

Refugee Act, 1996

(No. 17 of 1996), shall come into operation.
