1. This Order may be cited as the Refugee Act, 1996 (Sections 14 and 15 and Second Schedule) (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2000.

2. The 4th day of October 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which

(No. 17 of 1996), shall come into operation.
