S.I. No. 287/2000 - Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Aggregate Borrowings Limit Variation) Order, 2000.

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Aggregate Borrowings Limit Variation) Order, 2000.

2. The amount specified in section 13(5) of the

Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998

is varied by the substitution for “£250 million” of “£350 million”.

The Minister for Finance consents to the making of this Order.

section 13

Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998

(No. 24 of 1998).
