S.I. No. 217/2000 - Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 (Declaration of Offices) (No. 2) Order, 1999

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 (Declaration of Offices) (No. 2) Order, 1999.

2. The office of chief executive officer of a vocational education committee referred to in

section 23

of the

Vocational Education Act, 1930

(No. 29 of 1930), is hereby declared to be an office to which the

Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926

(No. 39 of 1926), applies.
