1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 23) (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 24th day of January, 2000, is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 23

of the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999

, shall come into operation.
