1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000.

(2) The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 and these Regulations may be cited collectively as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 to 2000.

2 The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 are hereby amended by the substitution in Regulation 2 (1) of the following definition for the definition of “the Council Directive”

“the Council Directive” means Council Directive 70/524/EEC of 23 November, 1970
