1. This Order may be cited as the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

2. The 12th day of June, 2000, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

National Disability Authority Act, 1999

(No. 14 of 1999).
