S.I. No. 148/2000 - European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000.

(2) The European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 and these Regulations may be cited collectively as the European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 to 2000.

(3) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August, 2000.

2. The European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1999 are hereby amended by the substitution, for regulation 5(2), of the following paragraph

“A person shall not place on the market a compound feedingstuff containing any substance specified in the Annex to Commission Decision 91/516/EEC of 9 September 1991
