S.I. No. 129/2000 - Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 5(5)) Order, 2000

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 5(5)) Order, 2000.

(2) This order shall come into operation on 12

th

May 2000.

2. Paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) of

Section 4

(1) of the

Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1994

(No. 29 of 1994) shall apply to the Institute of Technology, Blanchardstown.
