1. This Order may be cited as the Western Development Commission Act, 1998 (Establishment Day) Order, 1999.

2. The 1st day of February, 1999, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Western Development Commission Act, 1998

(No. 42 of 1998).
