S.I. No. 355/1999 - Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1999

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1999.

(2) The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of

section 60

(3) of the

Finance Act, 1993

.

2. The Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1996 (

S.I. No. 338 of 1996

) are hereby revoked.
