1. These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.

2. Regulation 2(b) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) Regulations, 1998 (

S.I. No. 350 of 1998

), is hereby amended by the substitution for “Ms Rady Redmond” of “Mr. Tony McGrath”.
