1. This Order may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999

2. The 25th day of July, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999

(No. 24 of 1999), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of July, 1999.
