1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (Parts I and II) (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 26th day of May, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts I and II of the

Criminal Justice Act, 1999

(No. 10 of 1999), shall come into operation.
