1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999.

2. Regulation 6 of the European Communities (Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products) Regulations, 1988 (

S.I. No. 101 of 1988

), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (2) of “paragraph (3)” for “paragraph (4)”.
