Sec. 1 DECLARATION UNDER ARTICLE 29.7 OF THE CONSTITUTION (EXTENSION OF TIME) ACT, 1999 Open official source

Period of time within which declaration under Article 29.7 of Constitution may be made.

1.— The period of 24 months commencing on the day on which section 7 of Article 29 of the Constitution was added to the Constitution is hereby provided for the purposes of subsection 5 of that section.
