1. This Order may be cited as the

(Companies) (Vesting Day) (No 2) Order, 1998.

2. The 11th day of January, 1999, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the

Harbours Act, 1996

(No. 11 of 1996), in relation to the Port of Waterford Company.
