1. This Order may be cited as the

Harbours Act, 1996

(Commencement) (No 4) Order, 1998.

2. The 11th day of January, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Harbours Act, 1996

(No. 11 of 1996), shall come into operation in relation to the Port of Waterford Company.
