1. This Order may be cited as the

Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998

(Establishment Day) Order, 1998.

2. The 1st day of January, 1999, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the

Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998

(No. 29 of 1998).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
