1. This Order may be cited as the

(Vesting Day) Order, 1998.

2. The thirty first day of December, 1998, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purpose of the

Turf Development Act, 1998

(No. 26 of 1998).

This Order appoints 31st December, 1998 as the vesting day for Bord na Móna, public limited company established under the Companies Acts pursuant to the

Turf Development Act, 1998

, to take over the staff, assets, liabilities and undertakings of Bord na Móna, statutory corporation which is dissolved on that day.
