1. This Order may be cited as the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1995

(Southern Regional Fisheries Commission) (No. 2) Order, 1998.

2. The period for which the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1995

(Southern Regional Fisheries Commission) Order, 1996 (

S.I. No. 51 of 1996

), as extended by

Section 5

of the

Fisheries (Commissions) Act, 1997

(No. 1 of 1997) and by the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1995

(Southern Regional Fisheries Commission) Order, 1998 (No. 32 of 1998), shall remain in force is hereby extended until the 31st day of December, 1999.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
