S.I. No. 352/1998 - Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Appointment of Members of Investor Compensation Company) Regulations, 1998

1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Investor Compensation Act, 1998

(Appointment of Members of Investor Compensation Company) Regulations, 1998, and shall come into operation on the 14th day of September, 1998.

2. The following bodies and persons shall be members of the Investor Compensation Company

The Central Bank of Ireland

The Irish Stock Exchange Limited

The Irish Association of Investment Managers.
