S.I. No. 348/1998 - Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1998

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1998.

2. (1) A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as "the Advisory Body", is hereby appointed.

(2) The Advisory Body shall, for the period commencing on 1st day of October, 1998 and expiring on the 30th day of September, 2001, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order.

3. The Chairperson of the Advisory Body for the period commencing on 1st day of October, 1998 and expiring on the 30th day of September, 2001, shall be Patrick Morrissey.
