1. This Order may be cited as the

Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998

(Vesting Day) Order, 1998.

2. The 1st day of January 1999 is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the

Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998

(No. 24 of 1998).
