S.I. No. 316/1998 - Environment and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government conferred by the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order, and to the extent specified therein, are hereby delegated to Robert Molloy, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government.

SCHEDULE

Urban Renewal Act, 1998

(No. 27 of 1998), the whole Act other than sections 2, 14, and 17.

Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act, 1998

(No. 33 of 1998), the whole Act other than section 20 and, in relation to the commencement of sections 19 and 20, section 1(4).
