S.I. No. 30/1998 - Justice, Equality & Law Reform (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998

1. This Order may be cited as the Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform conferred on him by or under the Childrens Acts, 1908 to 1989 are hereby delegated to Frank Fahey, Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
