1. This Order may be cited as the

Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998

(Sections 4 and 5) (Commencement) Order, 1998.

2. The 17th day of August, 1998, is hereby appointed as the day on which

sections 4

and

5

of the

Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998

, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
