1. This Order may be cited as the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(Section 47 (1)) (No. 2) Order, 1998.
2. The Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Singapore and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam are hereby designated for the purposes of
section 47
(1) of the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(No. 15 of 1994).
