1. This Order may be cited as the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(Section 46 (1)) (No. 2) Order, 1998.
2. The Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Singapore and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam are hereby designated for the purposes of
section 46
(1) of the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(No. 15 of 1994).

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows
