1. This Order may be cited as the

(Section 6) Levy Amendment Order, 1998,

2. Article 5 of the

Telecommunications (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1996

(Section 6) Levy Order, 1998,

S.I. No. 43 of 1998

is hereby amended—

(

a

) by the substitution of "£500,000" for "£125,000" in sub-article (2) (

a

)

and

(

b

) by the substitution of "£500,000" for "£125,000" in sub-article (2) (

b

).
