1. This Order may be cited as the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(Sections 5 and 6) (Commencement) Order, 1998.

2. The 30th day of June, 1998, is hereby fixed as the day on which

sections 5

and

6

of the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(No. 3 of 1997), shall come into operation.

)) hereby order as follows
