1. (1) This Order may be cited as the

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(First Schedule) (Amendment) Order, 1998.

(2) The

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(First Schedule) (Amendment) Orders, 1968 to 1995, and this Order may be cited together as the

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(First Schedule) (Amendment) Orders, 1968 to 1998.

2. In this Order—

"the Act" means the

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(No. 6 of 1966);

"the first Schedule" means the First Schedule to the Act, as amended by the

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(First Schedule) (Amendment) Orders, 1968 to 1995.

3. For the purposes of the Act, the First Schedule is hereby amended by—

(

a

) the insertion at the end of Part 1 of the following

"10 Bees"

(

b

) the insertion in part III thereof at the end of Class B of the following

"44 Varroasis".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

), hereby order as follows
