1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Science (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Education and Science, conferred on the Minister by or under the

Youth Work Act, 1997

(No. 30 of 1997), are hereby delegated to William O'Dea, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Science.
