1. This Order may be cited as the

Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act, 1997

(Reparation Fund) (Appointed Day) Order, 1997.

2. The 1st day of November, 1997, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section II of the

Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act, 1997

(No. 34 of 1997).
