1. This Order may be cited as the

Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act, 1997

(Establishment Day) Order, 1997.

2. The 1st day of November, 1997, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act, 1997

(No. 34 of 1997).
