S.I. No. 401/1997 - Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1997

1. This Order be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1997.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Tom Moffatt, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children.
