1. This Order may be cited as the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(Section 3) (Commencement) Order, 1997.

2. The 24th day of September, 1997, is hereby appointed as the day on which subsections (2) to (7) of

section 3

of the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(No. 3 of 1997), shall come into operation.

), and after consultation with the Secretary of State hereby order as follows
