1. This Order may be cited as the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(Commencement) Order, 1997.

2. The 24th day of September, 1997, is hereby fixed as the day on which sections 1,2,4,7,8 and 9 of the

Decommissioning Act, 1997

(No. 3 of 1997), shall come into operation.
