1. This order may be cited as the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997

(Commencement), Order, 1997.

2. The

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997

shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1997.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order brings the
