1. This Order may be cited as the

An Bord Bia Act, 1994

(Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1996.

2. The rate of levy prescribed in paragraph (

c

) of

section 37

(2) of

An Bord Bia Act, 1994

(as varied by the

An Bord Bia Act, 1994

(levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995 (

S.I. No. 197 of 1995

) is hereby varied by the substitution in that paragraph of "20p" for "1p".

3. The

An Bord Bia Act, 1994

(Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995, is hereby revoked.
