S.I. No. 379/1996 - Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1996.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1996.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of January 1997.

2. Every agreement, decision or concerted practice to be notified to the Authority under

section 7

of the

Competition Act, 1991

(No. 24 of 1991), shall be accompanied by a fee of £250.00.

3. The Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1991 (

S.I. No 250 of 1991

) are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations revoke

SI No 250 of 1991

"Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations 1991" and prescribe a revised appropriate fee to be sent with any agreement, decision and concerted practice which is notified under the

Competition Act, 1991
