1. This Order may be cited as the

Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Act, 1996

(Commencement) Order, 1996.

2. The 22nd day of September, 1996, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Act, 1996

(No. 20 of 1996) shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
